After working at CBS for several years, I have founded various companies in diverse fields such as Ajoo Design, Woosung, etc., and then, Esol Information & Communication for the last 30 years. As I lead ESOL Group including a multitude of affiliates, the executives of ESOL Group and those of the client companies demand new executive education programs which in practice help and give insight for their future business. Therefore, INI will shed new light on the future in the programs in collaboration with business schools in prestigious universities in the world. Join us for the better world and better earth.

I actively play my role in various fields such as those of the improvement of women's right, low birth rate, and the environment protection. I often donate, when urgently necessary, for the prompt change or improvement in specific fields.

In the past decade, ESG has been emphasized and now even strongly demanded in every field in society. This is unavoidable imperative for global community in the face of global climate crisis. In various fields, I promoted ESG in many ways by donating, actively participating in the related campaigns, helping establishing associations for it, and even preparing an ESG bill and making efforts to get it passed in the Congress in Korea, first in the world for better communities and earth.
